This Privacy Policy describes how BnbCleaners ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our mobile application.

• Email address – used for account authentication via Firebase Authentication.
• First name and last name – used to identify managers and cleaners within the app.
• Phone number – used to contact cleaners regarding their assignments, including sending SMS notifications for upcoming cleaning assignments.

We also collect the following data automatically:

• Push notification token – used to send you push notifications about assignment updates.
• SMS – your phone number may be used to send you SMS notifications for upcoming cleaning assignments.
• Subscription status – managed by Apple's in-app purchase system (StoreKit). We do not store your payment card details.
• App usage data – apartments, cleaners, and cleaning assignments you create in the app, stored in Firebase Firestore.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the BnbCleaners service.
• To authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• To send push notifications about cleaning assignments.
• To manage subscription plans.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication), hosted in the United States. Firebase is compliant with GDPR and employs industry-standard security measures. We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.

4. In-App Purchases

Subscription purchases are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Apple's Privacy Policy governs payment transactions: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
